Toyota cauta inlocuitor pentru Ralf
Presa internationala declara ca Toyota F 1 Team sondeaza piata pentru a gasi un inlocuitor pentru germanul Ralf Schumacher, ale carui rezultate sunt dintre cele mai slabe in acest sezon.
Desi platit foarte bine la team-ul nipon, Ralf nu a reusit sa se adapteze la echipa condusa de John Howett, nereusind sa acumuleze pana acum decat un singur punct, in primul Mare Premiu al sezonului.
"Este ceva normal si profesional sa observi pilotii existenti pe piata in acest moment", a declarat Briton Howett, unul dintre oficialii echipei japoneze.
"John Howett has admitted that the Cologne based team could be on the lookout to replace Ralf Schumacher at the end of 2007.[...]It is well-documented that Ralf is coming to the end of his current multi-million dollar contract with his Japanese employer, but Howett has traditionally been the German's staunchest supporter. But Briton Howett, who already has Schumacher's teammate Jarno Trulli under contract for 2008, told the newspaper Bild: "It is only professional that we observe the (driver) market.""
